One Time Use only! Would stay away., March 9, 2011 By This review is from: Graco Pressure Roller Kit (244512) (Misc.) I would not recommend this product to anyone that has to paint less than 3000 Sq ft. From the first moment I started to hook this product to the sprayer it was nothing but problems. Saved no time at all from regular roller and tray, but cost hours in cleanup afterward. It would even be a poor product even if you planned to use it then throw it away. Easy clean up maybe if you have 6 to 8 hands to help!
The 45 degree swivel leaked paint everywhere and to make matters worse as you roll if you don't press evenly on the roller the 9in roller head will work itself loose and leak paint as well. The roller head swells paint all to one side so you get one dry side and one side that has way to much paint. Roller does drip as well. Cannot flip roller head without tools to get tight into corners.
After the job was actually done painting, that's when the real pain started with the clean up. I have used my sprayer for years and cleanup only takes about 10 minutes. The roller... Read more

It is fine, June 12, 2012 This review is from: Graco Pressure Roller Kit (244512) (Misc.) I have used this version and previous version for 15 years and they work fine. Power roller cuts roll out time in half. It does not leak paint if all fittings are correctly tightened and pump pressure is kept low -- where it should be. Interior roller cage on this version breaks down into four parts that clean easily -- extension and roller supply clean as easily as any extension or line. I have used this with and without swivel -- getting into corners is just a matter of turning roller over -- sometimes gun is up, sometimes gun is down (I don't understand previous comment on this at all). I have had this version for 3 or 4 years and have no complaints on materials or design -- and -- paint is supplied evenly to roller as long as roller cover supply orifices are kept clear. I paint four or five houses a month and use power rollers on units with all rooms the same color -- which happens a lot in rental property painting.
My only complaint concerns the roller covers -- they are a... Read more
