Graco True Coat, April 22, 2012 This review is from: Graco True Coat Painter 258866 (Misc.) Bought it at Lowe's for $199 bucks and an extra paint cup, 48 oz, for $25. I painted my 10X10 shed in 20 minutes with my wife refilling the extra cup as I used the one on the gun. I used a super premium latex, thick, paint right out of the can - no thinning. The shed instructions said to buy 2 gallons of paint and I used just over 1 gallon. Cleanup was straight forward and would have been quicker if my wife would have held the water hose for me.... When I say 20 minutes, I mean from start to finish. That included reading the startup instructions, use the manual and not just the quick start guild. I do not know about other airless sprayers, but I would make the same purchase again.

I purchased this at Lowes for $199.00 for a friend. I have been helping this friend paint his new "old" house that has old cedar shingle siding. We spent an entire weekend with 3 people using brushes and applicators and only managed to get the front and one side primed. I purchased this to see if it would help save us some time. Wow! We painted the entire front and same side in just a few hours with this sprayer. It worked great right out of the box with limited set up. It takes very little time to get used to spraying it and it seems pretty accurate and easy to control. I can't comment on cleaning since I purchased it for my friend and spent 2 weekends of time helping him, so as you can imagine, I surely wasn't cleaning it too. I did check with him and he said it took a bit of time to clean up but it wasn't horrible. I'm looking forward to using it again next weekend to do the other side and back of the house.
